After a long legal practice in a leading Law Firm of Padova, I started in 2020, my own independent Law Firm in Padova and Rovigo.
Desmond Kipenge Law Firm acts today on national and international level with the aim of making available in the shortest time to all business owners, high-quality, qualified and reliable legal aid through direct support to clients taken in charge.
My devotion and initiative in giving concrete solutions in a short time, even to unpublished legal issues, makes my aid really special. Thanks to my natural inclination in utilizing technical devices, I stay tuned with my clients anytime, anywhere they are, while the knowledge of different languages allows me to operate easily also in international contexts. I am a native French speaker and I speak fluent Italian, English and Swahili.
My Law Firm is recent but not my knowledge and experience, which are consolidated through years of professional practice and constant updating.
I specialize in civil and business matters and offer out-of-court advice and judicial aid for individuals, public bodies, medium and small companies, big industrial groups, holding- and international companies.
I have a law degree from the University of Padova, with a thesis in international criminal law and I consolidated my knowledge in business, corporate and competition law through different experiences:
2014, I obtained the Executive Master at International School of Business of Milan (NIBI), focused on Company globalisation, especially for Business in Africa.
2018, I attended the high school of law at San Raffaele University, achieving a specialization in business, corporate and competition law.
2020, I earned a Master Degree in tax law at the Wolters Kluwer, IPSOA Training School.
I have also been rapporteur in several conferences on the themes of my proficiency.
I’m a lawyer, a professional of law, a strategic collaborator, a professional partner, a problem solver. I am the founder of Desmond Kipenge Law Firm.
